I use the racks that come with the Ninja Foodi and I like to cook the chicken wings on the bottom and then make the fries a little larger, or use steak cup chips, and cook them on the top of the rack. What I like to do is start the wings off, then add the chips a couple of minutes in, as the temperature for this recipe is a little higher, and that provides a good balance.
